Nails - Konad mix 'n' match

My Mum did a fine job getting me a few nail art bits for Christmas, including a new Konad image plate. If you're not familiar with Konad, here is a video showing you how to use it.

Konad is quite messy to apply, but so easy and I love the results. I usually use my image plates when I'm feeling a bit lazy and can't be bothered to do my own nail art ;)

I used Models Own Jade Stone for a base coat and used a selection of designs. The leopard print design actually turned out better [less smudged] on my right hand which is surprising seeing as I'm right handed. I love the cutesie icecream/cupcake/sweetie design, and the swallow is just so pretty.

Posting this quite early - woke up far too early for a Saturday! Today I need to try to find some birthday presents for Ben [the most difficult person to buy for evereverever] and I am also meeting my bestie for a Starbucks date. :) What are your plans for today?

    The swallow is gorgeous. So far today I've written a blog post, cleaned the house and later I'm off out to celebrate a friend's birthday : )
